The property is a big house adjacent to Little Cates Park with a large furnished room that overlooks the ocean with spacious closet, dresser, queen bed and a vanity. Comes with its own bathroom outside of the room that will be your own private bathroom. available for rent to the right person who’s clean, quite, easy going, doesn’t smoke and works full time and doesn’t mind our 3 dogs. There is a spacious and clean kitchen for your cooking needs. as well as a shared laundry unit within the house. House is located near a park and coffee shop as well as nesters grocery store for a quick 5 minute walk to the store as its just up the street. with having all of these stores and amenities available so close it adds to making this a very desirable place to live. I will also mention that public transit isn’t an issue, it’s a short 5 minute walking distance to the bus stop and another 10 minutes away to Phibbs Exchange.

My partner and I live together with our 3 dogs and we are quiet and go to bed at reasonable hours. We like board games, music (don’t play it to often as we like to respect our surrounding community of neighbours).
