The basement is renovated, has heated floors, tall 9’ ceilings, private laundry, private entrance, large kitchen, high quality ventilation system with constant fresh air intake. The rent for the smaller bedroom is $700, rent for the larger bedroom is $800. Looking for someone to take over my younger sister’s half of the lease as she is moving away to study in another province.
I am a 23 year old computer science student at the University of Alberta. I work as an event manager for things like weddings, corporate events, banquets, etc. I sometimes have to get home later in the evening but I am very quiet. My personality is very friendly, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, being active, jokes, and am generally very outgoing. My younger sister and I have lived together for the last 2 years, but she is moving to another province at the end of the month. I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the lease as I really like this place and will need a new roommate to continue to split the rent. I am a very easy person to live with, I like to clean, respect boundaries, I don’t make much noise. I would love to find a roommate I can be friends with, preferably another student.
