Looking to sublet room to a student for the Winter term (January till April). Note that the rent does not include utilities, and during the middle of each month, the landlord will receive a utility bill and split it between each tenent living there (typically around $60 per person).

Room is located in the basement and you will be sharing a bathroom. There is a kitchen you can access with several kitchen appliances, and there is also a washer and dryer that you can use in there.

Location is convenient and right beside Bus 12. About 15 minutes bus from both the University of Waterloo and Laurier.

There are several others living in the house but I’ve never had an issue and none of them are particularly noisy either.
