Private bedroom available in a clean, shared condo in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. The room is currently furnished with a desk, futon bed, two-door closet, and a flat-screen TV (will take a photo of it soon) The setup is flexible I’m happy to refurnish, swap pieces, or remove furniture entirely if you’d prefer to bring your own. The condo is located just steps from the Shipyards District, local breweries, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping. The SeaBus is nearby for a quick commute to downtown Vancouver, with multiple bus routes within walking distance. The neighbourhood is very walkable, lively, and safe. I only have a photo of the room empty at the moment, but I’m happy to show how it’s currently set up or do a quick video walkthrough.

We’re a relaxed, respectful household in our early 30s. I live here with my boyfriend, and we also have two friendly medium-sized dogs (around 30 lbs each). We’re clean, considerate, and fairly social but also value a calm, comfortable home. In our downtime we enjoy dog walks, trying new restaurants, movie nights, and checking out local bars and breweries. We’re ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe and lifestyle who’s comfortable sharing space and living with dogs.
