Private bedroom available in a clean, shared condo in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. The room is currently furnished with a desk, bed, has a two-door closet. The setup is flexible, I’m happy to refurnish or swap pieces if needed. The condo is located just steps from the Shipyards District, local breweries, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping. The SeaBus is nearby for a quick commute to downtown Vancouver, with multiple bus routes within walking distance. The neighbourhood is very walkable and safe.

We’re a relaxed, respectful household in our early 30s. I live here with my boyfriend, and we also have two friendly medium-sized dogs (30 lbs each). We’re clean, considerate, occasionally social but also value a calm, comfortable home. In our downtime we enjoy dog walks, trying new restaurants, movie nights, and staying active. We’re ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe and lifestyle who’s comfortable sharing space and living with dogs.
