This property is only 9 years old and still new home feel.
Also it has all amenities close by. It’s a wonderful location where everyday essentials are so close. Walmart, Tim Hortons, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart and many more essentials. If you require Parking that is extra. But everyone has different story , so don’t hesitate sharing your story/your scenario as we will prefer the best fit also will see if we are able to help in anyway to adjust the price for a deserving roomie.
There are two people living in the house. (Me and My wife) and we have another room rental available but the other room is not furnished (listed here as well within roomies). We have a basment unit of one bedroom which is already occupied by Tenant. We hardly cook as we get food delivered so it is a very low traffic home and very peaceful. You would love your stay and we treat all our guests like a family.
