Extra large, fully furnished room available on our 1/2 acre property with a forest view in our cozy and friendly alpine style house in North Vancouver - available Jan 1st.. Super close to trails, skiing etc. Best suited to a male student or traveler, outdoorsy type. If you’re into mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping etc you’ll fit right in with my guys!

Room includes double bed, dresser, night stand, couch, double closets, large desk, Wi-Fi. 3 houses (30 second walk) from a major bus route. House is always tidy, kitchen clean and stocked with everything you could ever need including a brand new air fryer and 6 burner BBQ.

If I don’t message you back I mean no offence, as this is all sharing in a space together with myself and my guys and a Capilano Uni student who are mid 20’s so it needs to be the right fit/vibe for all. We’re a goofy bunch and always appreciate a great sense of humour. This is an amazing place to live with awesome people so tell me as much as you can about you. Travelers and shorter term totally welcome!! Sorry, no overnight guests, couples or pets…single occupancy only.

My 20 something son’s and I and a Cap university student live here. We are a happy bunch, guys are all very nice, laid back, friendly outdoorsy types. Lot’s of mountain biking, skiing, hiking, camping etc. Very chill quiet house with lot’s of banter :)
