Large main floor bedroom in a 4-bedroom house, with a view of the backyard. It has a small walk-in closet and it’s well isolated from the other first-floor bedroom.

Fridge and Washroom shared only with 1 other tenant. There is 1 cat in the house, friendly with humans, but territorial with other animals. There’s an in-house laundry machine and dryer.

The Room is fully furnished and includes all utilities (gas, electricity & internet). Everyone is welcome to the shared areas (fully equipped kitchen/living & dining room). There is space to store things in the garage if you want to bring your own furniture. If moving in as a couple +$200/month.

Currently, there is a glacier renting one of the bedrooms and a graduate student is moving to the other basement bedroom. I’m also living at the house, currently as a cashier/supervisor at different places.
