About the room
Nutu North offers affordable, shared housing for students. We provide a clean, safe and comfortable community living space—ideal for studying and starting your career. Our goal is to ease the burden of high rent and utilities by delivering quality housing at an accessible price.
Nutu North is 30+ room spread across three levels. Each level has a large kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Rooms are furnished with a new bed, mattress, desk, chair, sink and blinds.
Rooms are available with various sizes to suit your comfort and budget.Prices ranges from $850 to $1100/month which includes all utilities, wifi, security and common room cleaning.
The 1st floor is dedicated to men and the laundry room while the two top floors are dedicated to woman.
We can offer flexible lease terms to compliment your semester and life.
About the roomies
All of the “roomies” are either local or international students. They attend Dalhousie, Kings, SMU, NSCC and language schools. There is a live in superintendent that focuses on cleanliness and tranquility.
