About the room

Right next to Fairway mall and Fairway train station. Easy commute into Kitchener Waterloo area. Sorry for the empty photos I’ve just moved in myself :)

We would split the rent and utilities which would come to about $1100 a month including utilities and wifi. The room is about 110 SQF. Shared bathroom. I am currently on a 12 month lease and am looking for someone to move into the spare bedroom. There is a parking spot available as well.
