9x10 square foot room (second room). Private washroom. Room is unfurnished. With renting out the parking spot rent is one thousand four hundred. If you need the parking then it goes up to one thousand five hundred. 1 minute walk to Eglinton station TTC. Right at yonge/Eglinton. Utilities not included. Room is going to be repainted as last roommate did some damage to walls.

Latest move in is Feb 1st.

I do have 2 sweet kitties I do all the taking care of. They are friendly and don’t bite/scratch. I am a pretty clean person.

You will need a guarantor and background check like credit check/paystubs etc.

Giant wrap around balcony. Kitchen equipped with everything you need and I don’t mind sharing my appliances like air fryer, blender, Keurig, but you will need your own dishes and stuff. In unit laundry. Also has a dishwasher.

I am Elizabeth, 24 (almost 25!), a mental health nurse. I love music (don’t mind listening on headphones lol. Including 90s emo, post-hardcore, indie, tweepop), art (collage, photography), dressing up, and my kitties! I am pretty clean. I have a lot of cleaning supplies I’ve invested in like a nice vacuum and steam mop. I clean the cat litter daily and vacuum pretty much daily too. It would be good to make a roommate cleaning schedule I think. The most is the occasional dishes in the sink and if I’m messy it’s usually in my room. I work 12 hour shifts days and nights so my sleep schedule can be a little irregular (shift work), shifting to part time so will be doing 2-3 shifts a week.
