About the room
The property is made up of a large living room connected to a storage closet, and a kitchen, with a hallway leading to the two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger of the two bedrooms is mine, but rent is split evenly as I’m providing some furniture for the space.
Heat and water is included, but electricity and data are an additional charge. There is a parking space for a 40 dollar a month additional fee. The fridge will be partitioned in half, with myself taking the right side and you taking the left side. All shared spaces are to be kept tidy. If you’re going to smoke, please do it outside. The walls are somewhat thin, so please be conscientious about noise levels. Rent is due in full on the last day of the month.
I would like to briefly interview any tenant applicants, and see a little evidence of income.
