The available room is a private upstairs bedroom with its own full bathroom. You also enjoy access to a private rooftop deck equipped with a hot tub and cold plunge. An amenity building is available and includes a gym, guest suite, lounge, and additional shared spaces.

The home is centrally located, just steps from the new Tatalu Elementary School, Grandview shops and restaurants, and the Grandview Aquatic Centre, with quick access to Highway 99 and minutes from White Rock Beach.

The room comes furnished with a bed featuring under-bed storage and a brand-new television. You are welcome to bring your own dresser, and the room includes a small closet for storage. In-suite laundry with a washer and dryer is available for use.

I am a professional male who works daytime hours, Monday through Thursday. I live a quiet and respectful lifestyle and do not frequently host guests. The home will be shared with a small Shiba Inu who will be turning 17 in March; she is very calm, well-behaved, and never barks. As such, a prospective roommate must be comfortable living with a dog and not have pet allergies.
