You will have a private room with a semi private bathroom. The bathroom is the main bathroom, but I have my own ensuite. You’ll enjoy shared access to a large living area, kitchen with gas range, large balcony with firetable and BBQ, in-suite laundry, and use of the main bathroom. The building has a gym, yoga studio, meeting areas, outdoor lounging/BBQ area, pool table, golf green and party room, a rentable guest suite and in a completely walkable neighbourhood. Highgate Mall with Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart and numerous restaurants and shops is just a short walk or bus ride. Edmonds SkyTrain Station is a few minutes walk away. All utilities are included, Heat, Electricity, Optic Internet and all the streaming apps on a 75“ TV. Breathtaking views of the Fraser River, farmland, parks, Vancouver Island, Vancouver and the Northshore mountains. The room is currently available from February 18 - July 31, 2026. I’m a self-employed contractor. I work almost everyday, but enjoy hanging out, chatting and exploring Vancouver’s beautiful nature in my downtime. Happy to keep to myself or hang out and introduce you to my group of friends. I’m pretty flexible and completely respectful of your space and privacy.
