Location: Charming house with and excellent location: 1 minute walk to Bloor St, 2 minute walk to Dufferin Station on the Bloor subway line and and 5 minute walk to Dufferin Mall (with No Frills grocery store and Walmart).

Your room is on the 2nd floor with a private ensuite washroom, Queen bed, side table, two wardrobes, a desk and chair. Beautiful 5 foot window overlooking the backyard. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom during the summer.

On occupancy, there will also be a desk in the room as well as a set of custom-made blinds for the back window. Look out over the backyard in the day, watch the moon rise at night.

Main floor has a living room/dining area. Kitchen includes dishwasher, all dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, microwave, stove, fridge and your own kitchen storage cupboard.

House has a backyard deck and all bedrooms have locks for peace of mind.

You will be sharing the house with a female tenant who has lived here since 2022. She is graduate from George Brown College and working as a professional baker as well as a female student at U of T who has lived here since June 2025. You will also share the house with the owner who lives here part-time.

We have an occasional dinner together, but are mostly busy doing our own thing. Looking for someone who respects shared common areas, will do their part to keep the house clean and is easy-going and considerate of others.

The second floor has three tenant rooms and two bathrooms. The owner has a room in the basement, also with a bathroom.

Rent Control: Rent control and the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act)do not apply as you will be living with the owner.
