Rental terms: roommate of the owner, where a kitchen is shared. Rent will be paid to the owner. There will be a roommate agreement to share cleaning. This is not covered by the RTA and rent control does not apply.

Charming house with and excellent location: 1 minute walk to Bloor St, 2 minute walk to Dufferin Station on the Bloor subway line and and 5 minute walk to Dufferin Mall (with No Frills grocery store and Walmart).

Main floor has a living room/dining area. Kitchen includes dishwasher, all dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, microwave, stove and your own kitchen storage cupboard. Two fridges so you will share a fridge with one person.

House has a backyard deck and all bedrooms have locks for peace of mind.

You will be sharing the house with a female tenant who has lived here since 2022. She is graduate from George Brown College and working as a professional baker as well as a female tenant with a busy job who moved to the house in May. You will also share the house with the owner who lives here part-time.

We have an occasional dinner together, but are mostly busy doing our own thing. Looking for someone who respects shared common areas, will do their part to keep the house clean and is easy-going and considerate of others.

The second floor has three tenant rooms and two bathrooms. The owner has a room in the basement, also with a bathroom.

Your room has a double bed, 4 drawer dresser and a six shelf bookshelf. Window overlooks the backyard

Rent Control: Rent control and the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act)do not apply as you will be living with the owner.

Rental Terms: You will sign a lease agreement. Sorry, no pets, smoking or drug use on the property. Not suited to full time work from home. Minimum term 4 months, prefer longer term.
