Sub penthouse - 42nd floor. I have a solarium space available for March 1st. —
This two bedroom , solarium and 2 1/2 bathroom sup penthouse is on the 42nd floor. We have two living rooms dining room storage and kitchen. Beautiful panoramic city and water views, roof top swimming pool, gym, outdoor hot tub, In suit laundry, and one parking stall. Expense are $100 including: wifi, hydro, Netflix, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies and parking.
The solarium comes with a day bed, dresser, and desk. Shared master bathroom with soaker tub and standing shower. You have access to the powder room with a toilet and sink for personal use. City views. East & west facing.
The building is right across from shoppers, 7/11 , urban fare grocery store and 3 minutes to the seawall, skytrain and liquor store.
About the roomies
I live with 2 young ladies and 2 maltipoos. We are all very quiet and keep to ourselves. The dogs get excited when people come and go. If interested, tell us a little about yourself.
