Hi, I’m a 27 yo Calgary born man looking for 2 roommates (couples welcome, though no kids please) to share my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath detached house lease in Cranston, SE Calgary. The lease renews Feb. 1st, 2026, for a 12 month lease. However this is flexible as I know I have started this search a little too late. The home’s shared spaces are furnished (though I will need a few things after my current roommates move out) with bedrooms unfurnished to make your own. Street parking is plentiful and free, and 1 drive way spot is also available. The garage is occupied by my 2 boats.
Pets are welcome, however, I do have a small, very friendly, cat. If you do have a pet a one time pet fee is required by the landlord.
Proof of income and credit check required.

-Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. -A very short drive to the fantastic walking paths along a beautiful wooded stretch of the Bow River. -Community grocery store -Short walk to a local convenience store. -Very easy to commute anywhere in Calgary as Deerfoot is accessible very nearby. -Very short drive to the seton shopping area for any of your other needs.

The private spaces:
Master bedroom- $1000/month available Feb 1st.
-This room is large and bright, big enough for a king sized bed. -Attached is an en-suite master bathroom featuring a granite his and hers vanity, soaker tub, standing shower, and a doored toilet. -This room also features a very large walk-in closet.
2nd bedroom- $800/month available immediately.
-This is a bright upstairs bedroom -Large enough for a queen sized bed -Double doored closet -Bathroom is shared
If you work from home and would like to rent the 2nd bedroom as an office space rent prices can be adjusted.
Utilities are split evenly between the roommates and currently come to around $550/month total.
