My 3 bedroom townhouse is located in Kitsilano, a 2 min walk to Whole Foods, transit, and 750m to Kits Beach. If you are a student or someone looking for a short term accommodation until the end of April 2027, this might be a good fit for you. The house is homey and comfortable with all the necessities. Shared kitchen, living room, family room, powder room, 3 piece bathroom (shared with one other), laundry, backyard patio and rooftop deck. The room is south facing and very bright (the photos shown were taken at night). Utilities, internet, Netflix included. House cleaning is a shared responsibility. Free street parking. Smoking cigarettes/vapes/cannabis is prohibited.

I’m a 54 yr old mom of two daughters that are away at university. I’m fun-loving, easy-going, and social but also respectful of independence and privacy. A quiet, friendly woman is also living in my home. As a bonus, I have a cute hypo-allergenic dog that loves people. This is a good fit for a student that is looking for a family-like environment in a great location.
