My 3 bedroom townhouse is located in Kitsilano, a 2 min walk to Whole Foods, transit, and 750m to Kits Beach. If you are a student or someone looking for a short term accommodation until the end of April 2026, this might be a good fit for you. The house is homey and comfortable with all the necessities. Shared kitchen, living room, family room, powder room, 3 piece bathroom shared with 1 other tenant, laundry, backyard patio and rooftop deck when the weather improves. Utilities, cable tv, internet, Netflix included plus the occasional home cooked meal. House cleaning is a shared responsibility. Free street parking. I will post photos asap.

I’m a 54 yr old psychotherapist and mom of two daughters that are away at university. I rent their rooms while they are away - so that I don’t get too lonely :-). I’m fun-loving, easy-going, and social but also respectful of quiet and privacy. I tend to stay up late although I try to be quiet – so there is no need to worry about coming home late. A 35 yr old woman from Ukraine is also renting a room. As a bonus, I have a cute hypo-allergenic dog that loves people. This is a good fit for someone that is looking for a family-like environment in a great location.
