And one very large studio space ($950), lower level, with walk, separate entrance, bed, separate washroom (no shower), space for toaster oven/coffee maker. Shared shower, laundry, and kitchen on the main floor. The area is peaceful/residential, surrounded by trees and green space, access to a couple of small grocery store and restaurants/services in the village of Bath - all in walking distance. Great for student or working professional. Community is friendly, neighbours will wave/say hello but are not nosey. Dogs possible on a case by case base for lower level room. High speed internet and utilities included. One parking space available. Single occupancy, none smoking/vaping, clean/tidy, quiet, friendly/kind.

I’m a working professional (defending my doctoral dissertation this fall). I have two medium, very friendly dogs. I am clean, neat, tidy, and like to communicate (and appreciate the same). If you have any questions just ask!
