Shared shower, laundry, and kitchen for both rooms. The area is quiet/residential, close to green space, small grocery. Great for student or working professional. Community is friendly, neighbours will wave/say hello but are not nosey. Dogs possible on a case by case base for lower level room. High speed internet and utilities included. One parking space available. This will work for someone who is looking for single occupancy, none smoking/vaping, clean/tidy, quiet, friendly/kind/like dogs. Female roomies only.
