Two available rooms, one very large, approx 24’ x 12’ feet (not pictured) almost like a studio apartment with its own balcony and entrance. One smaller room (pictured). Either room can be furnished if you would like. This is a nice quiet area close to green space. Great for student or professional. Community is friendly and polite, neighbours will wave/say hello but are not nosey. Dogs are possible on a case by case base. Bills included. No smoking. Clean, tidy home.
