All bills are paid for by owner , heating , high speed internet and wifi , and Water , it is fully furnished with double bed, closet, study desk .i can offer few months or each semester or for the student year September to April, . I have hosted many international students over the years and I would really like a female student who would like a quiet house to study and be part of a family, the home is always warm and cosy and safe it is Beside the bus routes 24 or 9A or 9B Bus stop 5 mins walking from the house. On the armdale rotary , near Mumford bus terminal, Halifax Shopping Centre , Canadian bike trail, dingle park and the chocolate lake. Close to the city centre and bayers road , many restaurants grocery shops and the shopping mall all nearby.

I live with my teenage daughter and my other daughter is in university In Ontario. I have hosted many international students over the years in my home. I also own a property management company in Halifax. I am a superhost with Airbnb and have my own airbnb. I emigrated here from Ireland in 2010 so I understand and help many newcomers to navigate around halifax.
