Safe and quiet neighborhood. The upstairs living room and bathroom are shared spaces, but I am rarely in them so you will have some leisure space that isn’t just the room you rent. There is onsite laundry we can work out and there is also free street parking, or paid parking in the back if you are interested. No smoking.

About the roomies

It’s just me living in the house with my pet birds. I’m relatively quiet. I also have visitation with my kids weekly.
