The room has a view out to Gatineau, east facing. The house is surrounded by green space. All amenities are 2 mins away on Montreal Rd. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, mirror, lamps, area carpet. This is on the second floor. There are two bathrooms in the house, so if you need your own bathroom, you could have the basement one to yourself. You can use the backyard, BBQ, laundry and the basement theatre room, as well as main level living room and kitchen as much as you’d like. The new Montreal Rd O-train stop is close (opening soon). My son will return to work in Ottawa for July and August, so I need the room back for those two months only. *I will add pics of the room itself shortly!

The house is owned and occupied by a 50 year old professional woman and her 25 year old College student son. We are quiet people and rarely have guests over. My son does K-pop dance and I do yoga. We have one nice cat named Beauty. I have two rooms empty since my other sons have moved away to University.
