looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my apartment :)
Unit is two bed one bath Cat friendly Dining and living room Closet in bedroom Radiator heating Ample bathroom storage Water included Elevator in building Laundry room located in basement with 4 washers and 4 dryers
Unfortunately there’s no building parking but there are multiple lots within a 1-5 minute walk of the building
Maintenance and resident manager live in the building so any issues / maintenance issues I’ve had have gotten resolved within the day
My storage will be moved out for your move in
Water is included. Wifi and Hydro are not. Located on broadway right on D14 and D15 bus routes
About the roomies
I’m a prep cook so i work early mornings and am gone most of the day. most of my free time is usually spent at meetings, visiting friends, having them over or just resting in and cleaning the apartment. and catching up on reading when possible.
The ideal roommate situation would be with someone -who deeply values peace and comfortability in the home -likes to live in a clean and tidy apartment -shares cost on household items ( toilet paper, dish soap, etc. ) -doesn’t have any far right political opinions
I have two cats and am more than okay with another moving into the apartment but of course being friendly with other cats is important
in recovery so any alcohol/drugs (weed exempt) aren’t welcomed in the apartment but of course whatever you do outside of the apartment is none of my business
