THE ROOM: Your room is the largest bedroom at the back of the house, with a full built in wardrobe. It shares a decent size bathroom with 1 other female housemate and there are plenty of storage places throughout the house.

THE HOUSE: The house is in a great location - on Dovercourt Road, near Bloor, only a 5 min walk from Ossington Subway Station, and a 10 min walk to Dufferin Mall which is ideal for grocery shopping or errands. We live in a modern, spacious unit of a converted house that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, and kitted out kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There are heated floors throughout the house for the cold months and an internal AC unit for the warm months. You will always be comfortable! We have the main door to the house as our front entrance and all other units have a separate entrance. The common areas are furnished, but we’re missing a few pieces so would love for a new roomie to help contribute! Your furniture/décor items are welcome as we have plenty of space.

PARKING: No parking onsite. I have a street permit parking for my vehicle and don’t have any issues finding a nearby spot.

#1- I’m a 33 female New Zealander who loves travel, spontaneous road tripping and exploring new places. I am an Event Manager and work primarily from the office during the week, and work events occasionally on weekends and evenings. I’m always down for trying out a new bar or restaurants, discovering a new fav coffee spot or debriefing over a glass of wine. I enjoy my quiet time, but would also love to find a housemate I can become friends with. I am clean, considerate and like to keep a tidy house environment.

#2- is a 33 year old female Toronto local who is also an Events Manager. She works on site most days with sporadic schedule some early mornings/ mostly evenings so she keeps to herself to not disturb the house with her hours but when she is around, also loves a coffee date or showing new places to go around the city.

We are looking for a female around our age (late 20s - early/mid 30s) who is clean, responsible and communicative that ideally has similar interests, and would enjoy hanging out every now and then. The house is spacious and well laid out so if you want your quiet time in the living room while someone is in the kitchen, you won’t be on top of each other. It’s a home environment in the city and we want to keep it that way 😊
