A furnished two-bedroom is available in a clean, modern, owner-occupied two-storey single-family home with an automatic backup generator. This setup is well suited to two friends, a parent and child, visiting family, or someone who wants a second room to use as a home office during their stay.

The home is located a 12-minute walk to Place d’Orléans mall and offers a quiet, well-maintained environment.
