The home is currently occupied by myself (the homeowner) and my teenage daughter. Also, there is another tenant who goes to Fanshawe College. Her 7 year old son lives with her too. We are friendly, respectful, and tend to keep a fairly quiet household.

We’re looking for female roommates only, ideally someone responsible, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. A good fit would be someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment and communicates well.
