- New roommate wanted.
- Seabrooke Drive, Kanata, Ontario.
- Quiet, friendly, and peaceful suburb location.
- Month-to-month payments. The property is already rented under my name, so you will not have any commitments to stay long-term.
- We will split all expenses evenly. Rent is $2,580 total. Utilities are roughly $350 per month (electricity, water, gas, and internet). That works out to $1,290 + $175 (varies depending on utility use) = roughly $1,465 each.
- The house has three bedrooms (one for me, one for you, plus one guest bedroom with two spare beds for visitors), three bathrooms (two with showers), living room, kitchen, full basement, laundry room, storage space, a backyard patio, central air conditioning, and parking space for 2-3 vehicles plus plenty of street parking.
- I am a 35 year old white male, I tend to keep to myself, and I maintain a clean household. I am looking for a roommate who is also tidy and respectful.
- In addition to your bedroom, you will also have the entire basement as your personal space. It has its own bathroom with shower, laundry room, living area (room for a couch, TV, desk, etc.), and it has a nice built-in bar. I will only go downstairs once per week to do laundry. Likewise, I will claim the ground-floor living room as my area so that we each have our own separate living quarters.
- The house is fully furnished. Your bedroom is complete with a double-bed, side table, desk, wardrobe, and closet (as seen in picture). The kitchen is all set with ample cooking supplies, kitchen table, etc. The basement has a few lounge chairs, a wooden table (great for board games) and a large TV stand (no TV though, you will have to bring your own.)
- Pets allowed only if fully potty-trained and non-destructive of property.
