-If you love nature and walks in the park, this is a very good place for you. -Nice, bright, large bedroom second floor, with high speed wireless internet, fully furnished, AC and heat (in every room). -Big, clean, and cozy house, with fully functional kitchen.

  • Friendly, quiet atmosphere, backyard, gazebo, BBQ… -Walk-out basement to backyard (the room for rent is not in the basement, but on the second floor), laundry, storage, two fridges, printer. -Underground parking available (NOT included, and to be arranged ahead) -Roommates - working professionals or students. I am a math/science teacher. -Easy access to downtown, subway (buses 95, 91, to subway, and express bus 144 to downtown), public library, shopping, highway. -Very nice and safe neighborhood (complex of townhouses surrounded by a park, and outside pool in the summer).
