One of our roommates has to move back home suddenly and unexpectedly. They’re fully releasing the room for someone else’s benefit. In other words, this is not a sub-let. You’re moving in, roomie…

Into a cozy 5 bedroom townhouse adjacent to Trinity-Bellwoods Park. Your monthly contribution is $1000. That also covers your share of the household inclusions (utilities, heating, A/C, laundry + WIFI). You will be very close to the TTC and a bounty of other amenities for all your needs and desires. The Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood is encircled by Little Italy, Kensington Market, The Fashion District, Fort York, Liberty Village and Little Portugal. The room is fully furnished and ideal for a short-term arrangement. An exceptional fit if you’re a student, guest worker or traveller.

The length of your stay has some flexibility, with 6 months being typical, but we are open to discussing it. Once accepted, the term will be updated in the roommate agreement before you sign it. A deposit for your first and last month in the house is required to formally sign the roommate agreement.

This room is available starting November 1st, 2026. Yes, that’s in less than one week. We’re going to give a priority boost to any candidates interested and able to move in as soon as possible, so that we can return as much of their remaining deposit as possible to our departing roommate.

You’ll be living with a diverse group of roommates. We are a friendly and inclusive, working in a variety of industries in downtown Toronto (hospitality, trades, legal). A mix of working from home, on-site, and hybrid. Fluent English, French and Spanish speakers. Individual space and privacy is respected and accommodated, however, with a house of this size, personal interactions in common areas are expected and encouraged. We spend a lot of time around each other.

You are also going to have to like really like animals because we have two adopted cats, and last year we brought back a stray, 4 month old hound/terrier mix from the Caribbean. We just celebrated her 1st birthday.
