Why the location is a win: • 15-minute walk to grocery store, Shoppers, Chinese food (which is very good), JJ Bean, and other “I’ll just grab one thing” places • 5 minutes by car if walking feels like character development • 10 minutes to the Shipyards market and seabus. • Around 20 minutes by transit

About myself: Mexican in my middle 30’s I’m social, easygoing and also love my space too, a bit of an outdoorsy and in a full time job. I have 3 ferrets (social, curious and they don’t bite) that they’re free roam but you will barely see them they sleep between 14-18 hours a day in my room very quiet and litter trained. Our friends are welcome for a game night, movie night or have some drinks (no after parties). Bonus points if you’re into a bit of a gaming (Ps5) 🫶🏼
