I’m looking for a (ideally also female or female identifying) roommate to share a really lovely 2bed/2bath corner condo that is a corner suite with lots of natural light, lake + city views, and a wrap-around balcony. The space is very open and bright and with a 750sq ft layout with close to 1,000 sq ft including the balcony.

Rent: $1700 unfurnished room or it can be furnished **I plan to get a cream/beige couch or sectional for the living room and some bar stools with no cost to you

Space:

• 750 sq ft, 1000 including the wrap around balcony Unfurnished but I can furnish it if that’s easier for you
• You would have your own room and bathroom as pictured (size of this is 9x9 and would comfortably fit a double bed and a study desk)
• Your room has a door (it’s not a den “room” with a sliding door) and a window facing/opening up to the balcony.

Location: The building is right next to Sugar beach waterfront

• 2 min walk to the Lower Jarvis Street Loblaws and Farm boy, 7 min walk to St. Lawrence Market
• 15 min walk to Union station and 2-5 min walk to some tram lines as well.
• 10-15 min walk to the financial district

Lease term: Ideally 12 months (Open to discussing shorter as well) Start date: Ideally Feb 1 (Open to discussing earlier or later as well)

Amenities: Concierge, gym, party room, rooftop deck, basketball court, tennis court, gardening room and an art studio.

I’m friendly and easy-going- very much a social introvert and tend to get along with most people. I really value having a home that feels clean and comfortable. I like getting to know who I live with and would like us to be friendly while still respecting each others’ personal space.

I stay active (Pilates, walks by the water) and spend my downtime trying new things or on creative projects. Some of my other interests are visiting cafes, traveling, tech, fashion, wellness; if you like any of the same things as me that’s definitely a plus! I also love animals so if you have a cat or dog, they’re more than welcome 🙂
