I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2bed/2bath corner condo with 750 sq ft and a 250sq ft wrap around balcony. It has lots of natural light, lake and city views.

Space: Unfurnished but I might be able to furnish it if that’s easier for you

• You would have your own room and bathroom as pictured (size of this is 9x9 and would comfortably fit a double bed and a study desk)
• Your room has a door (it’s not a den “room” with a sliding door) and a window facing/opening up to the balcony.
• We have en-suite laundry

Location: The building is right next to Sugar beach waterfront

• 2 min walk to the Lower Jarvis Street Loblaws and Farm boy, 7 min walk to St.Lawrence Market
• 15 min walk to Union station or you can take the tram/bus lines that are 2-5 min walk away: 114, 121D, 509, 510A,
• 15 min walk to the financial district or you can take either of these tram/bus lines: 114, 504, 504A

Lease term: Ideally 6 months (Open to discussing term) Start date: Ideally July 1 (Open to discussing timeline as well)

Amenities: Concierge, gym, party room, rooftop deck, basketball court, tennis court, gardening room and an art studio.

I’m friendly and easy-going- very much a social introvert and get along with most people. I really value having a home that feels clean and comfortable. I’m hoping to live with someone clean, communicative and considerate.

I stay active (Pilates, walks by the water) and spend my downtime trying new things or on creative projects. Some of my other interests are visiting cafes, traveling, tech, fashion, wellness; if you like any of the same things as me that’s definitely a plus! I also love animals so if you have a cat or dog, they’re more than welcome 🙂
