On site laundry (shared) Decent amount of storage space. Great neighbours and a great neighborhood. The building is a house with three rental units, good sized front and back yard. The apartment is 2 bedroom and decently spacious. A good sized home.

About the roomies

I live alone, with my two daughters being here half of the time. Due to having children here, I would prefer a female roomie. We keep the house in decent order, and the children are well behaved, sweet kids. I work full time, and spend the remainder of my time with my kids.
