The building is a very nice character building in the heart of south osborne. It’s very accessible to get to both universities and has a bunch of restaurants nearby. It’s a 5 minute walk from a safeway and multiple transit routes nearby. The room itself is on the smaller side but big enough to comfortably fit a single person. Our building is very welcoming and friendly towards newcomers, or if you prefer to be left alone you have privacy.

I’m a 20 year old former student, I don’t stay home a lot i’m out of the house with friends or with my partner. I would love to be close with a roommate to make both of our lives easier, so being outgoing is a good thing for me. I don’t make a lot of noise and keep things clean for the both of our spaces for our own sake. I’d love to get to know someone and be able to coexist peacefully together
