I have room for rent $745 all inclusive and furnished!!! (THIS IS A TEMPORARY AND WILL MOVE ON JULY 1ST ‼️)

The place is for someone that loves quietness and doesn’t mind having dogs . Master student and assistant Teacher that have routine which rarely have visitors. We all don’t have overnight guests ( unless it’s on occasion only) over nor have parties for reason of self respect and strong boundaries within the living space. Visitors for dinner or movies, hence an emergency stay over NO PROBLEM. We are looking to team up with someone thats likelihood and has a commitment to lease together a place in West Hamilton (mountain area) For now we have one room for ONE MONTH.and looking move June 30th.

I’m looking for a responsible roommate TO TEAM UP that matches the following:

Mature, not much of a party 🚫person, doesn’t bring over weirdos or overnight guests (unless it’s a an emergency), that’s all about peaceful environment,. doesn’t leave condoms laying around, doesn’t leave hair in the shower 🚿 or bathtub 🛁, focused and is a career builder, doesn’t play loud music or make loud sounds such as banging doors or walls , enjoys to share funny and great stories, shares shores and especially loves or doesn’t mind dogs that don’t eat plant nor anyone’s shoes and only could steal your pizza/steak/chicken/cheese/spaghetti/ hot dogs or veggie hamburger because they forgot it to put it away .

The budget : upto $975.00 + +👆(and up) and not less than $650.00 all inclusive including the wifi. This will have furniture, including a desk and chair. Cleaning support will come once every week or every 10days or so. Will request at least 2 a month to buy a few cleaning supplies.and toilet paper. CLEANING CREW COMES INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

Please do not MOCK THIS SINCE I DO ASSUME THAT MANY HAVE GONE THROUGH SOME PRETTY SHADY EXPERIENCES and just wanted to be transparent on this posting.
