About the room

An amazing deal - are you looking to share a very large house with quiet owners and their cat? You will have private use of the second floor with a large bedroom with queen size bed, desk and walk in closet; your own private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub; your own private living room in the finished basement where you can have guests stay over; you share the use of the kitchen with owners; and you have a beautiful back yard and front porch to relax. The house has a great view of the Avon river and is steps from the Festival Theatre. Rent is all inclusive, including use of laundry, wifi, and parking.

About the roomies

The owners (husband and wife) and our beloved cat who rules the house!. We both work in the arts, are quiet, non-smokers. The tenant will have their own space, but we welcome to share spaces with us too.
