The house has a great view of the Avon river and is steps from the Festival Theatre. Rent is all inclusive, including use of laundry, wifi, and parking.

About the roomies

The owners (husband and wife) and our beloved cat who rules the house!. We both work in the arts, are quiet, non-smokers. The tenant will have their own space, but we welcome to share spaces with us too.
