Evenings and nights are usually spent hanging out, listening to music, and occasionally hosting parties. Music can be loud at times, and weed and cigarettes are sometimes smoked standing in the living room backyard door, so this is not a quiet or smoke-free home. The house is cleaned regularly with shared cleaning duties that everyone is expected to respect, though dishes may occasionally be left in the sink. Overall, it’s a homely and welcoming space for someone who enjoys a social environment. The house is fully furnished you only need to bring your mattress/bed and personal belongings.

The house is currently shared by a friendly group including a couple and three guys. Everyone is easygoing, social, and respectful. We enjoy hanging out occasionally together in the evenings, playing music, chilling, and hosting friends from time to time. While the house has a fun, friendly energy, we also respect shared responsibilities and keep the place clean with distributed duties.
