About the room
The room has ample space. It has a decently sized big window to allow sunlight in the morning, and offers a great wide view of the backyard, golf course, the road, and the neighborhood. There’s a sliding door wall-closet and enough space to fit a desk, a twin bed, a drawer chest, another cupboard and a wide cloth rack (based on my setup) and still have enough space to walk freely.
The house has 3 bathrooms, 1 obviously in the master bedroom, but the other 2 shared by the remaining 3 roommates (includes this person). The 2 washroom setup is 1 full plus 1 half.
The house has a ground floor where the kitchen, dining room, living room, storage room, 1 half washroom, access to garage, access to backyard are located. The 1st floor is where all the 4 rooms are located plus the 1 full washroom which is shared. The property is very well connected to a 5 min walk to nearby bus stop and proximity to Walmart and Heartland Town center. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.
About the roomies
We are a group of 4 friends, all in their late 20s. All of us hail from India, and are currently working. My name is Iwan and I’m a UofT graduate and due to personal reasons, I have to now move out from here which is why we are looking for someone to replace me.
