I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. There’s a yard(with a garden), a gym in the other building, heated indoor parking, plenty of storage, and insuite laundry. I do currently have a tenant but we’re both looking to cut down on costs a bit. She’s currently in the master bedroom but will be moving to one of the other rooms. We’re looking to fill the third room which is 11’1“ × 8’11“. You would have a shared bathroom. The rooms are all on opposite sides with no connecting walls so there’s no noise transfer. I do have a small dog who does bark a lot(just a heads up) and a cat who is an angel. We’re in Macaulay, right off Jasper Ave and a 5-10 minute walk from collisieum station. The rent would be $550(includes wifi & utilities). My tenant and I have similar interests but she is very into video games. She’s a respectful student and we’re both queer.

No other pets will be allowed due to the building bylaws. If you’re willing to petsit/let my dog outside occasionally I’d be happy to factor that into lower rent.

I’m 31, nonbinary(they/them), and have worked in insurance for over 10 years. I will be working from home 3 days a week but typically am not on the phone. I drink socially, typically use edibles for pain, and smoke a cigarette maybe once a month.

I love movies, especially horror and most of my art/decor reflects that. I do tend to be out and about most days and typically meal prep instead of cooking everyday. Hoping to find someone with shared interests!
