My condo has two extra bedrooms and 1 spare bathroom. I’m looking to either rent both the bedrooms together or the master bedroom(which has an ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet) for $900-1000(everything included). The master is in the opposite side from the other bedrooms so it’s quite separate living area aside from the laundry room. I’m also happy to let people paint and hang photos.

There’s insuite laundry(newer appliances), a small fenced yard, and two heated parking stalls(I don’t drive so they are both available), and the building has a gym and sauna. There’s also two big storage rooms, one in the unit and one in the garage.

I do have a small dog and a cat and no other pets will be allowed due to the building bylaws. If you’re willing to petsit/let my dog outside occasionally I’d be happy to factor that into lower rent.

I’m 30, nonbinary(they/them), and have worked in insurance for over 10 years. I will be working from home 3 days a week but typically am not on the phone. I drink socially, typically use edibles for pain, and smoke a cigarette maybe once a month.

I love movies, especially horror and most of my art/decor reflects that. I do tend to be out and about most days and typically meal prep instead of cooking everyday. Hoping to find someone with shared interests! The damage deposit can be flexible as well depending on the situation.
