Comes furnished with a comfortable queen sized pillow top bed(Twin sized bed available if you desire more free space), desk, and chair. Shared living room, kitchen with full use of landlord cookware and dishes, and bathroom. There’s also a yard with a firepit that you can use for fires or barbecueing.
Rent is $575/month, all utilities included, including high speed internet and 100% free laundry, soap included too!
All cleaning outside of your room will excluding your dishes will be done by landlord.
No smoking indoors, No cats, No dogs, No rabbits.
