The room is 10’ by 18’ in the downstairs of an air-conditioned, well-cared-for, raised bungalow with completely above-ground windows. It has a king-size bed, is fully finished with a dresser & desk, etc. Has a wardrobe cupboard, baseboards and is carpeted.

There is a shared side entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. Very fast WIFI and 42-inch LED TV. Cooking containers, pots, dishes and utensils provided. There is a shared microwave, induction hot plate in the kitchenette (only allowed there as per city), fridge and freezer in the kitchenette. Cleaning supplies are provided (laundry machines are coin-operated). Hot plate, candles are not allowed in the room by the city, as this is not an apartment. You may bring your own bar fridge.

This is a modern, well-cared-for home. Three other tenants also room downstairs. Room is for a single person only. No non-tenant persons day or night. Upstairs lives the landlord separately. Quiet all the time is important for us all.

Records and credit check required, or a very good explanation. (Landlord will pay the fee for successful applicant). Response time less than five business days.

Parking is $80.00 per month when available (first come first serve ).
