Well situated on Provost between 10th and 11th. Moved here recently after a separation and could use a roomates, rooms are pretty big. I moved in december so I havent painted the place so dont mind the walls, I will do so after the winter. For 700 you get the biggest room (see pics, the room with the mirror closet), if you want to pay less, we can arrange that but youll have a medium sized room. I got all appliances minus a full sized frige but im buying that soon. Well located, main buses, pharmacy, pizza place, 24h convenience store, etc.

Just me, and a grumpy furry b1tch lol (cat). Im a calm guy, work in video games, studied computer science. I work at Ubisoft and im pretty calm.
