We’re starting to look now for someone to move in for July, we’re hoping to meet you and get to know you before the move in. We have a very cozy and established house with 5 people and are looking for one person to move in. We’re all very good friends and all very welcoming and outgoing, so ideally we are looking for someone around 21 to 27 years old who would fit in here! The house is near Merivale/meadowlands and within a 5 minute drive of grocery stores, fast food, gyms, the highway, and shoppers. We have parking available. There are 4 guys and 1 girl in the house, and the average age is 24. We’re looking for a student or a working young adult. We are all very welcoming and easy going, and like we said earlier it’s a close knit group and we usually hangout on weekends:) We do also have a good work/life balance, as throughout the week we’re all doing our own thing and we are respectful of eachothers privacy/personal space, but we often hangout during the weekends.
