Room with a private washroom available on the upper level of a house, in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking and utilities included, very close to bus station, banks, grocery store. The strip plaza is about 3-5 minute walk.
About the roomies
The house is very neat and tidy, looking for someone who keeps the area clean. I’m quite busy so don’t prefer parties or visitors. I do enjoy wine and cooking some fresh home made meals. I’m quite flexible and easy going.
