Furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom home is available feb 1st. Rent is $1200 + deposit. Room comes with own bathroom, full built in wardrobe, internet + tv is included. Hydro to be shared as 1/3 you, 2/3 is me. Parking is available for an extra fee but there is ton of space outside the building. There is a fire place in the living room and the patio opens to the court yard. Perfect for a morning tea or your summer tan.
