I am currently searching for a roommate to start on Aug 1st. The rent is $800 and covers utilities and high-speed internet.
The room is semi-furnished. It comes with a closet, shelving units, a twin-sized bed frame, and a computer monitor, if needed. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The ground floor is shared with me, and the laundry is shared with the next unit over.
As for privacy, the rooms have individual keys, and the laundry room has a lock on both sides.
This place is great for a student planning to attend or currently attending BCIT, as it’s a 15-minute walk from home. As for transit, the house is located near the 123 and 133 bus stops, a 5-minute and 10-minute walk, respectively. With both the Holdom and Brentwood SkyTrain, with a 5-10-minute bus ride, respectively.
