Hello! I’m looking for a summer 2026 semester sublet (4 months) for $600 including utilities. It’s only a 15 - 20 minute walk north of campus and it’s a fully furnished basement 1 bedroom with parking. A kitchen and laundry room is included, and the room features a closet :)

I have 5 roommates, 3 girls and 2 guys who are the kindest and most respectful people ever. Everyone has their own room and we share our living room, TV, garage, backyard, kitchen, and laundry area. The 3 basement rooms share a separate bathroom.
