About the roomies
I’m a chill sociable IT guy working from home most of the time. I like meaningful talks, documentary videos and podcasts, gaming, occasional bicycling, swimming, frisbee. I adhere to the principle “do unto others as you want them to do unto you.” I can show you around the district and share stories from various countries I lived in. I don’t see other tenants often, everyone is busy with their jobs. The tenant that vacates the adjacent room in late February is a relaxed quiet guy. Another tenant on the same floor is a priest, he’s seldom home. There’s also a great fellow renting the basement, an engineer. The landlord lives on the ground floor, and I can tell it’s one of the best landlords I’ve ever had in Canada or elsewhere: reasonable rules, dialog to resolve issues, respect, privacy.
