We have a private room available in the upper level of a fully furnished 4 bedroom house in Richmond near No. 5 Road.
Rent is $850 rent + $40 utilities and wifi. Street parking available. Washroom will be shared with 2 other girls. Available from February 1, 2026. In-house laundry available. Bus routes 416, 405, 410.
Less than 5 min drive to Ikea, Shoppers Drug mart, Walmart, Fruiticana and many other stores.

We are working professionals who value a calm, respectful, and peaceful home environment. Everyone works full-time, is generally quiet, and keeps to themselves. We maintain shared spaces well and appreciate cleanliness, especially since the bathroom is shared. The home is non-smoking, and we’re looking to keep it a comfortable, stress-free place to come back to after a long day.
