About the room

Aloha!! 🙌🙌 We have 1 room available to join our amazing house on June 1st [Room] 🛏️ Hardwood floor with many wooden shelves. Twin bed, built-in closet, office desk, and chair, located on the 1st floor, $920 Utility bills are included ✅ Half rent deposit needed. The room will be without any personal belongings. For the moment we are looking for woman only because the washroom is shared only with woman Sorry, but no pets [Location] 📍 It is one block away from Canadian Superstore, Starbucks, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Grandview Highway, and it is close to bike lanes. It’s 7 minutes walking distance to Rupert Skytrain station. It is 20 minutes to downtown by train. Next to the house, there is a big park where you can chill and enjoy a nice view of the mountains. [House] 🏡 Big beautiful fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms in total, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, large garage, front and back yard, tons of space for storage, living room with smart TV with all the streaming apps, balcony, and access to the roof for amazing views of the mountain. Washing and drying machine, street parking. [People] 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 We are 5 roommates in our 30’s. We are of different nationalities. Energetic, social, friendly, communicative, and we are looking for a mature, down-to-earth person with a good sense of cleanliness, responsible for the house, willing to contribute, and help with the house chores. About the roomies

We are a group of 2 Mexicans guys and 1 Korean girl and 1 Canadian guy and 1 Italian girl. we all get along well. We sometimes have dinners, board game nights, and movie nights together. The house is usually relaxed, as everyone has different work schedules and goes out with their own friends. When we do see each other, we enjoy chatting and each other’s company 🏠
