Utility bills are included ✅ The room will be without any personal belongings. No couples. Sorry, but no pets [Cost] 💵 $950 per month, a half-month deposit is needed, all bills included. [Location] 📍 It is one block away from Canadian Superstore, Starbucks, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Grandview Highway, and it is close to bike lanes. It’s 7 minutes walking distance to Rupert Skytrain station. It is 20 minutes to downtown by train. Next to the house, there is a big park where you can chill and enjoy a nice view of the mountains. [House] 🏡 Big beautiful fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms in total, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, large garage, front and back yard, tons of space for storage, living room with smart TV with all the streaming apps, and a balcony. Washing and drying machine, street parking, we have access to the roof with views of the mountains and the sunset. The house is fully furnished!
