About the room

Renting my spare room. Just bought the place can talk about furnishing the room if needed. Close to Dalhousie Station. Close to shopping of all kinds and close to gyms. There is a gym and sauna in building and the laundry is shared on the main floor. Room is just storage atm will be doing a lot of work next couple weeks to get it all cleaned up.
