It is a quiet area, minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping, walking and biking trails. It is directly on a Bus route, pick-up in front of the house.

Although it is a shared space in the basement of a home, it is still private with your own key to bedroom door. It is a bright, clean,open concept space in the shared space and everything is provided. The available room is large and for one person. The other long-term tenant is quiet, kind and pleasant. He prefers to eat and spend his time when home in the privacy of his room.This is a non smoking home and no pets.

The comfortable bedroom includes a queen bed, window, armoire, over-sized chair sitting area, TV and internet. Please do not apply if you smoke or have a pet.

• Beautiful View! You can have your own outdoor spot next to the home overlooking Petitcodiac River. The Bay of Fundy tide comes in twice a day and surfers can occasionally be spotted.

The second room is occupied by an older gentleman who has lived here for 8 years. He is kind, pleasant,quiet,respectful and prefers the privacy of his room and does not enjoy cooking so with the exception of his quick preparation, the kitchen is yours ;) I own the house and live upstairs and would like to think I too am kind,pleasant and respectful. I am a foodie and love to cook.
